He is talking about the little checkered flag that you can activate at the top.

I haven't used it yet, but he is absolutely correct. There does need to be some time of "flag" in the schedule to let you know at a glance that the patient has "issues" whether personality or medical.

I absolutely agree that colors in the schedule would be the easiest way to identify this. You could right click the catagory on setting it up to set a color.

I didn't see where it can be searched or that it shows up with a search. then I realized it shows up in the yellow box, but it doesn't specify what issue.
