Ditto to what Steven said. We also have patients fill out a "how may we contact you" form at check in. On the form it asks where/how patients want to receive lab results and if it is ok to leave a message on voicemail or with spouse(this has cut down a lot on repeat phone calls to try to deliver test results, esp to folks who are at work the same hours that we are).
