Well, after a lot of arguing, I figured out that OA is now correctly checking boxes 12-13 in CMS form and CLIA numbers are included. That is good news, the bad news is hospital is not facility that is used for surgical/admit patients so it is not updating that. Otherwise, big improvement.
I am sending this out to make sure no other of you who are using OA wonder why the manual or automatic rejection of billing charges are not happening anymore and things are going through automatically.
Almost had a nervous breakdown since noone at AC/OA informed us of improvement or change. Now need to modify bills before we send out to make sure correct. Hope that makes sense.
