I take it you are talking about the same user each time. Also, look in the _Data001 folder in your main Amazing Charts folder and make sure the signature is there.
The file there will be make no sense and end in .ac
If you change the extension to .jpg, you will be able to see the signature. If it is in the folder, it should be showing up if you are using the same user.
