How are you monitoring data in AC that have traditionally been on flow sheets?
Right now for my diabetics I have a spread sheet that I can just glance at to see who needs what and who is not at goal. But it's not within AC.
I'm also trying to figure out how to manage my coumadin pts, but I'd really like to keep it within their chart in AC.
Using the tracked data fields on the summary sheet does not allow me to make specific comments about dosages, instructions etc.
