Our clinic has about 4300 patient records of which about 1100 are active.
While trying the "export patient demographics", I've waited up to 20 minutes (on a 2.8 gHz server). I have also seen an "application not responding" message in the top border of the admin screen. The Task Manager should say "running" instead of "not responding". The "Processes" tab only shows cpu load and memory allocation to an application.
I have installed Amazing Charts on a different standalone computer and loaded the same database on it. Attempting to export the demographics on it gives the same results. As a matter of fact, none of the export functions are working.
May be time to call Amazing Charts for help.
