Hopefully you have a backup made just before the reinstallation. Run the backup restore program and use this backup and all should be as it was. Apparently one of the scheduling files is in the wrong place. Easiest way is to do a backup restore. Takes about 30 to 60 minutes depending on it's size, given that you are new, it should be quick
