Wendell, Thanks, this is exactly what I was commenting about in my earlier pose. However, Bert writes "NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO ON THE CURRENT MED LIST OF A VISIT BEFORE OR AFTER A VISIT, any prescription written by the script writer on the Assessment and Plan side of the note will NOT populate the current med section for that visit. " I think that he is referring to "after a visit" as having completed and signed the note. I'm referring, as you commented correctly, "during the visit". I'm not really trying to make this hard.
