I'm up! The main problem was I read the install warnings - Ignore the sql client fail message even though the install says this just happens with Vista also when u install AC 4 on clients on xppro or win2k- also after ac 4 itself installs it looks for the ac xml file which I took as the batch file when installing on the main server pointing AC to convert and configure the database versus just looking for the main database on the clients both are named the same - On a darker note I just got a random audit back from Kansas Medicaid which denied every encounter I had for the past 6 months because AC was not up to their EMR standard - around 4500 they say I have to pay back 1 reason among others no time date stamp on my E sig doesn't matter if progress note, script, or sign off on message or import item ac4 will stamp on notes but not scripts or messages that I know of - It's coming boys - Costa Rica cash clinic is looking good
