Pretty much a no brainer to me. Unless eClinical Works can triage patients and give shots, then $500 a month is outrageous. I wouldn't waste any more of your time on here. Pay a high school kid $500 to print and scan all the patients' charts into AC, then the only $500 you will ever have to pay again is for support.
Then, you can just use iPhone for phone calls and video games
