I think he is talking about an extremely robust Practice Management application such as what you would see with Lytec or Medisoft for billing, etc. This would work directly with AC's EMR rather than just connecting to it like a 3rd party program.
Personally, I am not at all in favorite of it, but this is just I, and I am sure I am in the vast minority.
