I hate to use the word "dude" here, but I have to. Dude, you have got to start experimenting a little. smile Have you looked at the backup program? Who in the world are you talking to at AC Support.

Here is what you can do:

1. Back up only the database files
2. Back up database files and images
3. Back up database files and imported items
4. Back up database files, images and imported items
