Agree.
Since you will be using Medisoft with xlink, I think your best choices are to use the sync feature of AC, or to remote to your server using the nursing homes Wi-Fi connection; I vote the latter. I expect they will allow you to log in, since you are a provider.
Follow up if the sync feature works for you. I have heard discussion of it, but I haven't tried it yet.
