Just finished the upgrade to version 4.0.58 from 3.7.
I'm a solo practitioner with a 7 computer peer to peer Windows XP Pro network.
Took about 3 hours (I was multitasking). The actual install on the main computer was under 30 minutes.
Only problem I had was that I decided to move the program file on the main computer from my C to E drive (internal hard drive) due to space considerations on C.
The imported items did not move so I just moved them manually using drag and drop in Windows Explorer.
