I tried early on to use "Lisa Lou" as a dummy. I was opening charts in my office and previewing and sending to "Lisa Lou" so I could open in the exam room without exposing patients in the exam room to the whole schedule and any other messages in my inbox. I purposely have my monitors positioned so patients can see and participate in the documentaion of their visits. What I have done is switch to thin screens that I can turn so they cannot see what is one the screen; I went back to this when I realized that "Lisa Lou" could not e-scribe and that was a bummer. So, any ideas on how to make this work, or do I just need to ask Jon about allowing me to have another provider, even though I am the only person in my office with any clinical experience!!
