i have written this in other topics, so forgive me. but using a wirelss card from sprint or verizon in a laptop works great. then you do not need to set up routers or worry about syncing. i use logmein, but you could use vpn, gotomypc, xp, etc.
i do it this way and do not understand why anyone would want to do it a different way. i can also check messages and communicate with staff. with a hot sync method, you cannot do that.
