1. Need to fix the treatment plan field so we can document more easily rather than cutting and pasting. Need to be organized for patients with multiple conditions.
2. Add logo on the top of the all notes.
3. Make old visits to occupy more of screen with less space wasted on right 1/3
4. Tab for all previous orders. "able to retrieve and reprint orders"
5. Update the chart re: past medical history, allergies without having to creat an encounter as it is not an encounter.
