Recently when I print patient instructions from my PC, it gives an error message saying letter writer access denied and closes the program completely. The instructions are there on the printer, but I have to reopen AC and resurrect my last note to save it. My PC does this every time but my mac doesn't. I've had to forward the chart to my mac to open and print instructions so I don't have to restart the program every time. One other computer in the office has done this, but stopped. Any suggestions?
