I'm confused about the PM- does it come with AC or do we have to purchase a separate one? from the demo I can see that we can schedule the patients , but do we need a separate PM via an interface? If so, what are the PMs out there that integrate with AC? Also, abou the billing? do we have to go thru AC billing company or go thru a clearinghose?
