The idea is that if an encounter can be set up to automatically fill itself out from the superbill information in AC then that could cut the time to get an encounter ready to bill in half. Leaving more time to track down items that are rejected. If that is possible then it would allow three to do the job of four or five. Our billing company is already familiar with Medisoft, so there is no extra training required.
I'm just trying to find out whether anyone has been able to reach that point, or whether everyone is looking forward to AC's PM module. It seems OA is a bit frustrating, but works for some of you. ...It seems best to avoid unnecessary frustration for most AC users.
