No worries I realized I was to vague!
Sorry about that. What I would like to do is add the statement that I saw this patient, do not file/accept insurance and to contact the patient directly for reimbursement etc. For now I am walking out and signing anyway. Unfortunately insurance will not reimburse the patient if its electronic anyway.
