OK Bert, here I am coming out of my Hidy Hole. If I understand the Medicaid rules correctly, and I could be wrong here, is that you can charge them, but if they don't cough up you must supply them anyway, you can not hold the records hostage so to say, and you can't force them to pay if they stiff you. But if you bill, invoice them for it and they are willing to pay, under the laws of your state (NYS is $0.75 per page) more power to ya... There you happy now??? Miss you too...
