1 month ago I made a request for a "read-only access database account" for a 3rd party integration for an ACO.

So far it's been and 3 emails with no follow-up: radio silence. Used to be a self-serve function but not in latest versions. That's fine but please respond when we need an account setup! Or anyone know if this is doable myself?
