Like AC's decline in support, my displeasure with the cost of Updox was another reason to retire from family medicine.
It started as a service that was ideally suited for small practices and AC.
In some ways Updox was better, since I was able to use it remotely on my phone.
Then they added bells and whistles and sold the company.
Up went the price and down went the support.
Too bad, as Updox (and AC) are actually excellent products, and I was a big fan of Updox when I first started using it.
