Hi, Its 7.45 am on 11/10/2025. I'm unable to log in to AC - cloud. Have the 12.3 version. Error message is GETMEDsVersionandInfo
What does this mean? Need urgent help.

My local hosted AC gets same and several additional messages but able to hit "OK" on each -- about 5-6 of them, Then able to then get into AC this morning.

4-5 messages this morning all related to "unable to contact AC. If I click "OK" and close the messages AC starts fine. Have not seen any patients yet. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will function fine. My AC is local server hosted.

According to support they are aware of the errors. Clicking on "OK" should get you to the login screen and AC should function normally. "as per support message".

Just saw the same warnings and there is a pop up when signing in for support that says AC is working on this issue. Thanks everyone for posting.

Kind of bizarre... for us it is just one user on one machine. Everyone else is fine.

It was 4 machines out of 7 for us this morning........including the "main" computer.......but all is well that ends well, overall a good day.

So this is where we are. AC didn't the majority of machines didn't work for awhile. It was a good day.
BTW, Updox has been out off and on for a week. Now it is back. A good day, I suppose.
