Since we are one man outfits, it is easy to just say "He needs a 2 month" and it happens.
But with larger groups, forwarding to a nurses station might make sense. (of course, as you said, they will have to refresh)
Oh yeah, this is one area they need to improve. Might we need to approach another No complaint day again?
