By double entry do you mean entry into NewCrop e-script and AC? I had problems at first but recently when I "synchronize" aat the end of sending the e-script the list has appeared in AC, too. I know this was an issue that the folks at AC were working on becasue I brought it up several months ago when I first sarted using AC and NewCrop. I still have to enter the medlist into AC initially when doing the first progress note but it gets better after that. As with any database the up-front work can be a lot but the dividends received later payy off.
